Appointments
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time, especially if it is your first treatment. This allows time to complete any necessary consultation forms so that it does not take away from your allocated treatment time. In the event that you are late for an appointment we will be happy to provide the remaining portion of the allocated treatment time.
Payment Terms
Some treatments require a small deposit to secure the appointment. Failure to keep the appointment or to give 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in loss of deposit. Deposits may be carried over or redeemed at manager’s discretion.
Courses
All courses must be prepaid in full to benefit from lower costs & are non-refundable, valid for 6 – 12 months depending on type of course taken.
Gift Vouchers
Valid for 12 months. Please ensure you redeem the voucher in before the expiry date to avoid disappointment. Please note that evening appointments and appointments during busy holiday periods are taken quickly. It is advised to book in advance to avoid disappointment. Please quote your voucher number when making your appointment.
Valuables
Medi-Cosmetic is not responsible for any loss of goods or valuables left on the premises.
Mobile Phones
We ask that all mobile phones be switched off in waiting areas as a courtesy to other clients.
Children
Due to the need for a quiet/relaxing environment for our treatments, we can't allow children into our treatment areas.
Body Treatments
We ask that underwear remains on for hygiene purposes or you may use the disposable underwear provided. If you are unsure due to the nature of your treatment or uncomfortable at any time, please make it aware to your therapist.
Pricing
Management reserves the right to change, alter or amend any aspect of the contents of this brochure without prior notice.
Privacy
None of your details will be used without your concent.
